Can a design be customized?

The answer is almost always yes. We pride ourselves on the ability to offer customizations. It is what makes us different and allows us to truly create the perfect designs for you. Please contact us before your purchase to confirm the changes you want are possible.

Will I get to see my design before it is printed?

Yes! We will send a digital proof to the email address you provide in checkout. You must approve this proof before we print. 

Can I make changes to my proof?

Yes. One round of changes is included with your purchase. Additional proofs are billed at $15 each. After you receive your emailed proof please reply back with all changes you want to see. We will email you an updated proof within one business day. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please check the detailed description of the item you purchased. Each category has a different lead time. Invitations will typically be in your hands within one week of your approval of the proof. 

Do you offer returns?

Due to the customized nature of our products they cannot be returned. If for some reason you did not receive what you expected, please contact us. Please read the color accuracy question below.   

My printed products are a different color than my digital proof. Help! 

Due to different computer monitors/calibrations, the colors on printed products may vary slightly from the sample shown here. If exact color accuracy is important please contact us about a sample. We highly recommend viewing our digital proofs on a computer screen. The preview programs on tablets and phones can significantly distort colors, making them appear much brighter than they will print.
