Spreadsheet Submission: Please submit your addresses in our spreadsheet that can be downloaded here. The first tab has examples of how the spreadsheet needs to be formatted, as well as examples of how you could choose to word your addresses. The second tab is for your information. Feel free to contact us with any questions. You can also take a peek at this blog post for examples and more tips on formatting your addresses correctly.
Save the completed file and upload it above or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Envelopes: Please note envelopes are not included with this purchase. If needed, envelopes can be purchased here or you can mail previously purchased envelopes to us to have them addressed.
If inner and outer envelopes are needed please contact us for custom pricing.
Proofing: An electronic proof of all layouts will be e-mailed to you within 4 business days of receiving your spreadsheet.
Changes: One round of changes is included with your purchase. Any additional proofs will be $15 each.
Turnaround: Once you are happy with the layouts you must reply back to the email giving your approval to print. Envelopes will be in your hands 5-10 business days following your proof approval, depending on the shipping option you choose. Rush orders will be considered, with an additional charge.
Want different fonts or need us to coordinate fonts to your invitations or cards? Please contact us and let us know what font(s) you would like before you purchase. We have a very large font selection and should be able to achieve the look you want.
